Super-friendly owner, excellent décor, *really* tasty Americano, free wifi, good music playing (and not overpowering), covered deck in back with a view. Plus, snickerdoodles! Check out the art hanging on the walls. I bought a small quilt piece from a local artist. Reasonably priced and quite beautiful.
