Got a leaky tire somewhere around Mt Shasta in the dark and raining on my road trip from Sacramento to Seattle, aired up and made it to Medford where the friendly people at Les Schwab pulled the nail repaired my tire and got me back on the road in less than a half hour and FOR FREE!!! These guys are awesome…

I’d give them a negative 5 if I could. Their motto is like it never happened. I’ve been back 5 times for their complete lack of quality of work. I’m in the process of filing another claim to take it to a different body shop just to fix their screw ups.
