Update: Looks like they retracted the rent increase:—-A friend just received a 100% rent increase notice from the McCoy Village Apartments. I would never trust or rent from this company.Apparently this building was revamped in 2012 with $ 1.5 million of city money to help solve Portland’s affordable housing…
