Apparently I need to obtain a marriage license to get married to my fiancée. The process was kind of easy. Walk through the doors, go to the kiosk and press «marriage license». Than it prints out this ticket for you to be called on when your turn is up, mine was «M550». Than you proceed to fill out the license…
