First off, I had never even heard of the town of Shedd and I’ve lived in Oregon my whole life. This little place seems like a nice spot for the 4 locals that live here. I had the special, and that day it was some sort of mexican casserole… it consisted mostly of tots, beef, and cheese. At least it was edible…
