Many local nurseries close for the winter, but the opposite happens here. During the holidays they are open to the public and selling lovely holiday wreaths for $ 10.The rest of the year they just sell to nurseries, so nothing is available direct to the consumer.

Oregon Grape Nursery

I have a 20 foot square garden at Luscher Farm and always drop by Kordell’s to get some of their fresh produce. All of which are great. Their white peaches are not just «eat over the sink» but «eat in the shower» delicious. Juicy, sweet, and down right wonderful.

Kordell’s Produce

They have lots of plants, but nothing is labelled, either as to what the plants are or what they cost. And more disturbingly, nobody was there. They were «open», but nobody was to be found. Odd. Not sure how they make money if you can’t actually buy anything from there.
