They do good work for a good price. Would definitely recommend to drop car off instead of waiting. If you wait it takes up to three hours to change oil and rotate tires. I didn’t mind I went across the street and had lunch and then got my hair cut while waiting. My only complaint is there are no appointments.

The problem with Jack Williams garages is they work on commision so they look for everything possibly wrong with your car and if you do not stay with your car they will just create a problem.
