These guys are great! My roadside assistance company told me that J&B would be out to help in 45 minutes but they showed up in 36! I really appreciated the speedy service and courteous manner of this company! The driver even offered me a cold bottle of water on such a hot day!

We mistakingly parked in a parking spot on Janeway’s property, while we grabbed a sandwich at the deli accross the parking lot. We were not blocking anything. Sure enough, Janeway towed us to their lot less than 100ft away and charged us for it. Bad for business guys.
