Not impressed. Sure, George was friendly enough, went along at a quick pace, but left the carpet drenched. Was told that it would dry in 4 to 6 hours, it’s been 10 hours and the floor is STILL wet.Basic physics tells me that if the carpet is drenched that the dirt is still there. I’ve done my own carpet before…
