Pet friendly… unfriendly pets. I was cornered by a full size Afgan hound in hallway barking at full volume. Owners finally reeled it in.If that wasn’t enough, next trip down same hall a cocker spaniel was growling at me and leaps up to end of leash.For those who think I was teasing them… I was headed to laundry…

Award case? That might be incentive for management, but you are not winning over or wow-ing guests. Watering down our morning apple juice after what we paid you for a night’s stay. Is there an award for that?
