1hr 20mins to send a few packages overseas. Incorrect advice, multiple times. No knowledge of basic postal services. Useless. Not to mention the fact that any packages sent via them don’t get delivered. They don’t even try to deliver, just send you the ‘could not deliver’ notification immediately. Worthless.
