This location recently reopened and Kingston is a better place because of it. Arby’s gets a bad rap but I enjoy the quality of their meals compared to some other fast food places — and unlike McDonald’s or Burger King the employees know how to take a simple drive-thru order with messing up.

The staff here is always friendly, and the bread is always fresh. If you ask, they’ll grab you a really fresh one. Since I usually get the veggie burger sub, they almost always hook it up with lots of veggies for me, too!

The fries were nice and fresh, but still not good. Very salty. Spicy nugs were very spicy, loved those. I think the cashier was on drugs. She gave me a total that wasn’t anywhere near my actual total. Still one of the best Wendy’s establishments in the area. My favorite one. I will be back.

I have been to the Scranton location before and had a good experience. Came here on a Friday in lent assuming it would be quiet I could get my lunch and leave quickly.The sign in the door indicated to take a seat and a server would be right with me.10 minutes later still no server. Left. Won’t be back.

Place is ok for your basic mcdonalds menu but i came to use the free wifi and to charge my phone after 17 minutes exactly they say i can only be in here for 30 mins and unfortunatley i didnt plug in phone until minute 15 so that left me no time to juice phone. Really upset about this since i have no car charger…
