Not sure why so many great reviews… have tried it many times and it’s just a greasy spoon and a mediocre one at best. I think it’s so popular because of the way way overdone piggy theme and toy shop that little kids love… not worth the crazy lines. Terra cottage across the street is ten times the brkfst joint.
