THE SKY Martial Arts

Got tired of the normal run and lift routine. I went here after a friend recommed I check it out. It has been a little over a month and I keep going back. John gives you a differnt workout everyday to keep things fresh and I need to wring out my tshirt every time I head home.

Fusion Training Center

The school was well organized the first few years. However, it started to go down hill after it moved to the new Location. Training got repetitive to the point of nothing getting accomplished. Training often got side tracked to topic having nothing to so with Karate.
