Horrible customer service! Left my wallet in the theater & refused «re-entry due to «policy.» «We’ll have to see if someone turns it in.» I even asked the manager to accompany me as it was left on my seat…(not as though I had to search every row!) Ridiculous — won’t patronize venues with such horrid…
