as a visitor to the delaware county courthouse i am astounded at what happened to me. i reported to the domestic relations section as usual… upon leaving the internal area where i met with shannon brown…my caseworker… i was severely shocked on the doorknob as i left… retaliatory??? i never felt so much pain…
