We order from here every now and then. My father-in-law enjoys Chinese, so if they’re here, this is what we get. I used to give them 5 stars, but we’ve had a few 2 star meals from there every once in a while. Since the new places opened up in downtown Monaca and at the mall though, they’ve picked it back up…
