Had cleaning done about 1−½ hours ago. A lot of water left behind in carpet. Had to go over the carpet again with a Hoover Pro. Extract machine. I have so far extracted about a gallon of black water from the carpet. I paid $ 106. plus tip. I am very disappointed.
