There’s no reason to ever go to another Nail Spa, my entire family goes to q Nails and my husband even goes for the BEST chair massage

I feel like my experience here was very effected due to me being late… We called in advance saying we were going to be late as our GPS led us to the wrong pace and ended up getting lost– so we were 15 minutes late. The lady up front was understanding, and she led me right to the back to get my hair washed…

Went here to get a manicure and they did an awful job… posted the picture of manicure, if I owned a nail salon I shouldn’t wouldn’t let anyone leave with their nails looking like mine did. They made you feel rushed and there was nothing to make me want to come back
