Mellow spot. Got the cheesesteak. Decent at best. The Wiz wasn’t The real Wiz so tasted a little off. Guys in the shop were super nice and they had a lot of other sandwich selections. Also tried the roast pork sandwich which liked a little more than my cheesesteak. have had better cheesesteak experiences in NY.

I remember this place as Village Shires Deli, which boasted well stocked shelves, fresh, quality meats, good rolls, and an assortment of toys and other items for families.Now it’s strangely empty, with nary the bare essentials of items lining the shelves.
