Food is good, but the service is AWFUL. Every time I go there I usually wait about 20 – 30 before a server acknowledges my presence. And when I call in the food takes upwards of an HOUR until ready. Save yourself some frustration and go elsewhere.
I cannot believe that I waited 45 minutes and then finally the waitress told me that they were out of wings I used to love the top hat but now this piss poor excuse of service is outrageous. I cannot believe I even had to pay for my drinks. I am every upset with the top hat do not go to the top hat.
Horrible experience; over priced food sold cold half the time. The last straw was an incident I had there today. After paying for my food I went into the bathroom. They dont have protective seat covers so I use the toilet paper to cover the seat (especially during cold and flu season). I thought I’d cleaned up…
