Tried Nigros for the first time with about 12 of my husband’s dress shirts. Dry cleaning was fine, but they lost an expensive tuxedo shirt. Owner did not even apologize, but rather told me I LOST IT on my way home. Extremely poor customer service will have me continue my search for a new dry cleaner.
