Good selection and knowledgeable staff — the woman working the register was a bit crabby to fellow employees and to us. New bike was delivered with low air in tires, along with excuses as to how tires lose air. Sure, but you’d think a «pre-delivery checklist» would include a quick squeeze of the tires.
