Very inconsistent. Sometimes the food and service is fantastic. Other times it is quite bad. The staff is generally friendly. The ice cream is always good. The ladies room could definitely be in better shape. And the water is terrible. It is unfiltered Reading tap water and tastes awful. All in all it’s a craps…
