Horrible customer service! They wouldn’t call me to discuss getting a quote. Brian (head of retail) just sent me one liners over email instead actually caring about me or wanting to spend more than 30 seconds talking to me. Horrible company if you are viewed as a small job to them. Looks like they do great work…
