The positive is very prompt pick up and friendly driver. After that it goes down hill. DVD player did not work, no aux cable to hookup iphone/ipod to stereo, a/c can’t be controlled from the back (has to either be full blast or not on at all), driver wasn’t really familiar with the technology in the car so…
