First time ever eating at any Fatz location. Tried it in a whim. Looking for something different to try in the area.Service was exception. Paulina was fantastic and the manager was friendly and welcoming.Food was ok. Typical fair for a chain restaurant. Nothing signature to note but also nothing to complain…
Good food… Had a burger that was cooked as I asked. My wife and I will return, though need to make sure we have time… seemed like the kitchen staff doesn’t show until after they open… slow kitchen to table… attendants work to make up for it…
Service was terrible, food wasn’t made to order. The waitress never checked on us after the food was brought to us and I had to go to the bar to pay for my me and my wife’s food. will be a while before I try this place again
We went for dinner on Friday at 4:15 only to be told they don’t serve dinner until 5 PM. Apparently they don’t wish to let you know this on their website. Incompetence is rewarded by my not ever returning.
