if you are smart don’t use Walgreens for photo reprints from film They always can find a way to screw you out of using their coupons. 33% off doesn’t apply to film developed but coupon does not say it is excluded. 2nd time they have done this type of thing to me and if you are smart you won’t use them anymore.
