Pluses: convenient to I 95, pleasant, helpful staff, decent sized spaces, fenced dog park and large unfenced dog walk area with nice grass.Minuses: all sandy, dirt roads and spaces, price higher than what we normally pay for a koa on the road, $ 48 for non sewer spot
