Been here many times. Total dopes behind the counter. Bagels are ok at best. So wish there was a real NY bagel place in cool springs that was not from a chain store.

Overpriced and extremely slow service! I’ve been here a couple times a year apart and the service was the same. Out of the way and not worth navigating around the already clogged Starbucks traffic.

Bagels are decent. Bagel sandwiches are sad and processed. The fruit smoothie is 100% sugar. And the staff are mostly kids.
