I went to this store to pick up some items called in to have held for pickup. When I arrived, I immediately went to the customer service desk. I waited there 3 – 4 minutes, nobody acknowledged my presence. Finally, I see a department rep walking to the checkout line. Mind you, there about 5 people in this line…
