Miguel is a nice tattoo artist. I will be going back to see him. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because one of the girls/secretaries did not know what she was doing! She didn’t know any information and couldn’t help at all! And we were told out tattoo artist would get there at 4 and he didn’t show up…
