Stopped there last weekend. Had the rib-plate, was surprised when I saw it on the menu board for only $ 6.There is a reason it is only $ 6.I think they first dried the ribs then boiled them.The sauce was tasty, really different, nice and peppery.No beef or sausage on the menu, just pork.The ebans were good…
