We ate at Happy’s Café on a weekend trip to nearby Roan Mountain State Park. The service was very friendly and prompt. The potato salad side was good, but I wouldn’t order the hamburger again. It didn’t seem like it was freshly made. Didn’t try the sandwiches or salads.
