The service there is amazing. I usually don’t write reviews but the General Manager and his morning crew went out of their way for me this morning and I’m very appreciative. This is how customer service should be!!!

Three stars for the sub, minus two for lack of management. I guess they were slow and started cleaning and closing early. We ordered 30 minutes before closing, they had all broken down the sauce counter andsaid they only had 2 less than desirable options. Really, going half the weekend sans sandwich options…

Worse zaxbys I have ever been to. Not one single table was cleaned. No ketchup in the dispenser. No lids for drinks. No tea. And we waited forever for the food.
