Very disappointed by this company, terrible service, poor quality work on commercial storefront glass installed at my office, have the attitude of «well what can you do» when glass is late to arrive. I waited weeks for a simple sheet of ½″ glass and gave every excuse under the sun why it was late, then arrived…

Very hit or miss on service and follow through. I’ll talk to a manager who is very helpful and follows up, but the sales rep I am asked to work with does not follow up at all and after multiple calls I give up. It seems that unless you are an architect or a builder they don’t really want to deal with you…
