They should be ashamed to call themselves a hospice! They say they stay in contact with the family for up to a year. Well, we’ve not heard from them since my mom’s funeral service and it’s been almost a year.

I would give zero stars.In consistent care.No comfort meds or DME sent to home.Call with respiratory issue at 10am and never see a nurse until after 5pm!HHA inconsistent visits.Would not entrust the care of my family to them.As a matter of fact I transferred to another hospice.
