Great service with great employees. Rented after my car was involved in an accident so insurance paid for rental. When I was ready to turn in rental they were happy to give me a ride home. Car was clean and new. Will definitely use this Hertz again if I need to rent a car.
We always rent a car for trips and always return to this location. The staff is great and we always get clean new cars. The staff does whatever it takes to keep us satisfied. I would not rent a car from anywhere else!

Enterprise Mesquite location is the worse place to rent a car. I have been waiting for a week to rent from them and they keep giving me the run around. My insurance sent the paperwork over to them a week ago and still nothing. Please, Please go somewhere else. Enterprise Mesquite location should be closed down…
Awful! Car was filthy, dinged up and smells like smoke. It’s more like «not exactly Hertz». Based on the condition of the car, I would give it no stars, but the lady at the counter was apologetic and efficient.
