There is an empty reception desk. and I think one single worker. Such a slow process. It took over 15 minutes before they came to take the first person. When they did a name from the sign in sheet was called and they went, Severely disappointed.
On a positive note this location isn’t too busy.I’ve been to two Quests and have found the staff to be unfriendly, uninformative, not greeting, but instead leaving patients wondering what to do. Of course, these locations are extremely understaffed.
