The prices and product may be okay but the customer service in Murray is horrible. They didn’t let me know when my windows would arrive (10 weeks after ordering) and due to snow, they failed to show up on the scheduled installation date and FAILED to notify me that they wouldn’t show up! I wasted half a day…
