The Snowed Inn just called to cancel our sleigh ride. That’s not such a horrible thing, but they canceled it day-of (the last day of our trip, so we can’t reschedule) and made it sound like they canceled because my family (5 of us) was the only customer. That’s 2 star service. You can’t depend on them.
