Nova Urgent Care

We were new in town so chose this practice. We ended up going to another practice after my first encounter with the front office staff. Unprofessional and unorganized. Did not even acknowledge me when I came in. This just gave me a real weird feeling in my gut so we decided to go elsewhere.
