Dismal for a rest stop on I-66 outside of Washington. Only a dozen or so spaces for cars, maybe 5 for semi trailers. About the only positive is that there are decent deceleration and acceleration ramps.It’s the same layout for the Eastbound and the Westbound rest areas.
