Was kept up all night by a noisy, malfunctioning heater. Yes, I could have packed up all of my belongings and trudged down stairs to ask for another room but was exhausted. Brought this up to the manager the next morning and he offered me $ 10 for my troubles. Not an adequate response in my book.
