DH has had his hair cut there several times, always by Amber, who does a good job. My complaint with this place is the careless way they make appointments: twice or 3 times, DH has made an appointment over the phone, and upon arrival, he is greeted with «oh, Amber doesn’t come in for 3 more hours» or similar…
