Undercooked chicken always garners a restaurant the lowest rating. I ordered their «famous» broasted chicken and, when I cut into it, it was completely raw inside with only the outer ¼″ cooked. I called the waitress over, she pretty much shrugged and asked if I wanted to order something else.
