This place desperately wants to be Kirkland.Walking in it had the vibe of a middle school social. Empty, lifeless décor, and people huddled up in groups.The scene was trash. I didn’t expect much… Modern Tiki Bar? That made me laugh, just because you put a couple palm trees on the wall doesn’t make a tiki bar.
