I am reviewing this place only based in their ribeye steakI stopped in because of its name Ribeye. I think they need to change the name. I would think that the name would reflect what they take pride in. Wrong! The rib eye was about ¾″ thick. Makes it hard to cook medium rare.The meat was firm, not very tender…
