John’s Sporting Goods

Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. Costco was selling the same bike for much less but i wanted the services that sports authority offered. They did NOT deliver. Very very disappointed

I buy small item from this store. It cost $ 5.15. I do not need this item and I return with receipt. Manager in store want to check my drive licence for return. This is crazy. I do have receipt and only $ 5.15. I am done with this store.Do not go this store. Bad customer support!!!
