Update, corporate sent me an email saying they would contact the owner. Not a word since and it’s been about a week. Jiffy Lube apparently doesn’t care, because if they have so many cases like mine then that confirms what I am saying, either that or they just don’t care. Guess it’s time to send them the bill…
